This part of the complex is based on Avenida Miguel Alemán (La Costera) and is located next to the Bay of Acapulco (Bahía de Acapulco), directly east of Playa Hornos.

Many upscale restaurants and shops can be found here, along with endless mid-range hotels and regular events at the Acapulco International Convention Center (International Convention Center). Both Playa Condesa and Playa Icacos reside in the Golden Zone, along with the ‘CiCi’ Recreation Center, which has water slides, pools and dolphin shows.
